The Killers - Mr Brightside

American indie rock band The Killers formed in Las Vegas in 2001. Mr Brightside was released as the bands debut single, and was featured on one of their four chart topping albums, Hot Fuss. The single peaked at number 10 in the charts in both the UK and the US. The music video for the song is based upon broadway film, Moulin Rouge!, and is analysed below. Watch the music video HERE.
