Prior to shooting, in order to be sufficiently organised we had to identify when we were all free to shoot due to all 3 group members having busy schedules around sixth form. Ideally we planned to arrange a couple of days to shoot out of school hours, however every opportunity we have is critical. Therefore I created timetables for in school hours in which were colour coded according to who is free for each school period. We found these really useful as it meant we could plan ahead and allocate sessions to work forward in our project.
