CONSENT FORMS
Before going ahead with our chosen characters, we had to apply for consent to ensure that we have their permission to photograph and/or film them for the production of our Music Video. I devised a consent form to be completed by each character. I found the most important information to determine was the characters age, as for those that were younger than 16 years old it was vital that we had consent from their parent/guardian, as if not it could potentially represent a breach of the law. After completing the consent forms (as shown on right) I handed one to each of our potential characters to be filled in. Luckily we received consent from everyone in the cast meaning we were able to go ahead with shooting!
CHARACTER PROFILES
ROSIE SMITH
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Height: 5ft 7in
Character Role: Within the performance element we are utilising Rosie as one of the back up dancers, used to glamourise the band and showcase their obvious sex appeal to our target audience.
Costume: Colourful, vintage, brightly coloured skirts, extravagant make up, etc.
JAMIE BOWLER
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 6ft 0in
Character Role: Jamie will be one of the three male band members. We plan to make Jamie the lead singer of the band, and will also be on bass guitar. He will be seen in both the performance and conceptual elements of the video in order to appeal to our target audience.
Costume: Dull coloured clothing, vintage, skinny jeans, brogues, braces, denim, etc.
OLIVIA EVITT
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Height: 5ft 6in
Character Role: Within the performance element we are utilising Olivia as one of the back up dancers, used to glamourise the band and showcase their obvious sex appeal to our target audience.
Costume: Colourful, vintage, brightly coloured skirts, extravagant make up, etc.
LOUIS HELMS
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 6ft 1in
Character Role: Louis will be one of the three male band members. We plan to make Louis the electric guitar player, and will be seen in both the performance and conceptual elements of the video in order to appeal to our target audience.
Costume: Dull coloured clothing, vintage, skinny jeans, brogues, braces, denim, etc.
REECE P-H
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Height: 5ft 11in
Character Role: Reece will be one of the three male band members. We plan to make Reece the drummer, and will be seen in both the performance and conceptual elements of the video in order to appeal to our target audience.
Costume: Dull coloured clothing, vintage, skinny jeans, brogues, braces, denim, etc.
